There are three types of people who are involved with bullying.
The Bully. This is the person who hurts someone. They can hurt with actions or words.
The Target. This is the person who gets hurt by the bully.
The Bystander. This is the person who watches but doesn't do anything to help the target.
We did some freeze frames today - can you tell which person is the bully, the target and the bystander?
We talked about what we can do if we see some bullying happening.
We can tell the teacher or an adult.
We can tell the bully to stop it.
We can take the target away or help them.
Bullying is definately not a nice thing. I hope you have all learnt something from this. Are you all sick of this rain yet?? - I AM. Hopefully the weather will be nice for the weekend.

ReplyDeleteBullying is not nice. I hope that you all tell an adult if you see bullying happen. I love your Smart board! Look at how big you are all growing! I hope you are all still working hard. I miss you all!
